Thanks for the bithday wishes!  My birthday wasn't all that great, i found out two days before that the Private Country club I work for decieded to cancel our contract with the Culinary union and bring in a Management Group to run the kitchen so we have jobs until July 28th. With the economy the way it is, Vegas isn't the place to be right now. I did kind of celebrate though, my brother and I went camping in Pioche, we stayed at Spring Valley State park and fished for 2 days. It was very relaxing, especially after finding out that I was going to be laid off. Dont feel bad for me though, I've been looking for a reason to get out of the kitchen for a long time. I've been a Chef on and off for 30 years and i'm burnt out with it. I actually started in the kitchen on my 16th Birthday. I'm thinking about going to school to be a Physician Assistant, its something i've thought about for along time. thanks again for the birthday wishes and listening to me vent.......Ed
