4 pin connector

Hi, we have to rewire the car for a 4 pin connector next to the trailor hitch. It is a 05 Mercury Mtn. We need to know what the color codes represent. We have white, brown, yellow, and green.  Can't find the camper book where we wrote it all down.  Any help would be great!
