Okay, my spouse says I'm being anal here. Probably am but well here goes.
Okay we are fixing to take out annual Colorado trip again. And where we go it's still cool-cold at night, and early in the a.m. so we have to take hoodies, or a light jacket/windbreaker (usually both because it tends to rain almost daily) plus a heavy jacket each. Now this stuff takes up a lot of space and they are always in the way when I'm trying to cook or do anything in the camper. We need them to be easily accessible and still out of the way.
Whew~~~ the  issue is where to put them when not in use that will not be in the way, nor difficult to retrieve when needed. Our pup is new and we will trade up for a larger one with a slide in a couple of years so we do not want to drill any holes but still need a way to hang these up, out of the way:yikes:. Any suggestions?

You don't state how many are in the PU, but if you are not using the other bunk end. use the bunk end tension pole as a closet rod. ;)

That and upgrade your gear to "Marmot" or "The North Face", etc. and you won't need so many jackets.  Check out //www.sierratradingpost.com for deals

If you have a topper or tonneau cover on your 2008 Ford F150 supercab, you may do what I do for my spouse's hanging clothes; lay a zippered garment bag with hanging items flat across the top of what ever else is being hauled in the truck bed.  Easily accessable, out of the way until needed, and doesn't block visability like hanging clothes in the back seat.
