When running the A/C in our Bayside with 2 adults and 3 kids the temperature seems to fall just fine.  The A/C is plenty cool.  The problem is I still feel a little sticky at night.  Anyone have any suggestions for further reducing the humidity?  Will leaving a window open help the A/C or hurt it's dehumidification?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Not much you can do to minimize humidity if it rains 14 nights out of 16 as your signature tab indicated. Opening the the bunk end windows slightly and adding a fan to move the body produced humidity out the windows may help.

I bet it is more humid outside than in!

I found use of an oscellating fan to help eliminate/lessen interior humidity considerably.  The bunk end fans really helped (especially when the privacy curtains were closed), but the oscellating electric fan made the bigger difference.

I am guessing that you feel the humidity more at night because it is cooler out and the compressor on your AC unit does not kick on as often.  Even on a rainy day there is more humidity inside a camper than outside.  I suggest opening a few windows part way to 1.  Allow humidity to exit the camper and 2.  allow the air conditioned air to exit the camper so the compressor will run more often.:)

Not to infer anything but if you have 3 kids my guess is your pretty active right up until bedtime. out in the humidity you sweat and in my experience coming into the ac is great but I'm still sticky from sweating . Leaving the screen door cracked and a side window under the awning helps in my camper with bunk end condensation . as for me being sticky a quick cool washup helps the "sticky feeling" . Good luck
