2007 Fleetwood Saratoga with DSI hot water heater, I believe it's a Suburban. Heater will work on 110v AC or propane. It has a switch in the camper as well as a shut off switch on the heater itself inside the door on the outside of the camper. I tried to light it before and heard the mechanism working, trying to light. Unbeknownst to me, the propane regulator was bad, not allowing any propane to flow and the heater would not light and so tripped out after 3 attempts. I fixed the regulator. The stove and refrigerator work fine on propane. I try to turn on the hot water heater and nothing happens. I've tried resetting the switches, tried it plugged in and not plugged in, checked all the 12v fuses. This one's got me stumped. Any ideas or suggestions?

Well, mystery not solved but becomes somewhat moot.  We're prepping out a trip to Washington, DC for tomorrow night to see the US Marine Band perform.  It fired up just fine.  No idea why it decided to take a break for a while.

Not knowing a lot about the DSI fired water heaters since mine is the old style pilot light Suburban model, but I have read on a few postings that furnaces with DSI have had simular problems that turned out to be the igniter circuit board was working intermittently.

Good luck on the trip..... hope it continues to work for you.
