Gasket Issues

I have a 2002 Coleman Utah, the gasket that goes all the way around the roof  and seals up when you close up the camper is wearing out. I have for the past year had to constantly glue areas to keep it attached, now a large section is becoming unattached. I have no issue with just re-gluing but the gasket is also worn. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new gasket and also what glue would be best to attach. I have been using superglue but I find that it has limited life span. I want to do the repair correctly and am not interested in saving something that is worn.

I saw this on another thread.  Your Utah is listed. The part may be in the catalog.

The glue you want is 3M Weatherstrip Adheasive.  Comes in black or yellow.  It's a contact type of "cement" so follow the directions and you won't have any further issues with the weatherstripping coming unglued.

Thank you, I am going to try the glue as the new weather strip is over $10 per foot and I would need 42 feet. Its not in bad shape it is just falling off. Any idea if I can get the glue at Home Depot or do I need to find a specialty place?

It's an automotive product, so auto parts stores like NAPA or auto body repair suppliers will have it.

Thanks again I found the glue at my local automotive supply store, yellow, was hoping for the black. Glued up the gasket and it seems to be holding well. I have lowered the top and assume that the next time we use the camper it will be all good. Thanks again for the information, saved me a ton of money.
