Just wanted to say this looks neat!!

YOu may want to list your location (area) so folks know how far tehy would have to travel to make the deal.  The tags on the cars look like NY, but I'm not sure.

Thanks so much Tim...I'm a real spacecadet!!!

The Rig is located in Beacon NY.  12508

feel free to email with questions. Plambert57@gmail.com

Thank you, Pat

That's a pretty unique rig........

I'm sure that you may have already thought of this but you might want to also try marketing that on some 4-wheel-drive, off-roading and hunting forums.

That would look great behind a CJ5 Jeep. No offence but it looks a little "Out of place" behind that pretty white car.

Thanks Wavery..it's built off an older platform, so I'm not so sure how well it would hold up on in a "true" off road scenario..but I do drag it off the beaten path slowly.

I actually do have it on off road forums.  //www.ih8mud.com  and //www.expeditionportal.com classified sections...not much action though.

As far as the sissy car(I know you didn't say it but that's just the facts)..I'd have to agree.  I paniced when the gas prices shot through the roof awhile back and got rid of my beautiful Nissan Titan, loaded with everything, and got this "car"..supposedly it won the "Truck of the Year" in 2008 ( I know if I made trucks I'd be pretty pissed )  Yea..it's nice.. but it sure ain't no truck.

Yep..the gas milage is better..but for the most part I feel like this about 5 times a week for getting rid of it >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>:yikes:

What's even worse the kid that bought it calls me up at least once a month to tell me much he enjoys and thanks me for taking such good care of it...you go figure...lolol  :usflag:

I didn't intend any offense toward your TV. :morning:

I was only thinking, that's a pretty "Macho" looking camper......TV....not so "Macho" looking. It may be the toughest vehicle built but I don't think that a person looking for a camper like that would find a TV like that appealing.

I know that you're not trying to sell the TV........I'm just saying that I would try to find someone with a CJ5 or something similar, that would let me use it for a photo op.....the guy that would love to buy that camper may well be a little turned off by the picture of it behind that TV.......I hope that you don't take that wrong. In my (little worthwhile) opinion.......it just looks awkward in that picture. Maybe it's just me.............just trying to help....:D

BTW..........the reason that I suggest the CJ5 is because they are a short wheel-base vehicle and that trailer looks like it would tow well behind one. CJ5 owners have a hard time finding a camper that they can tow safely.

No offense taken what so ever and certainly get your point :)

I just ask one favor...when I bend over.... boot me right square in the a$$ for getting rid of my truck....lolol

I think in todays economy people are looking for lighter trailers to begin with.  I did that F350 V-10 Dually scene with a 26' er for years and it was fun..but this lighter more moblie setup has been a blast.  Go anywhere you want, easy to pull...stay in the tent section which for the most part is always more private than trailer section.  A little more setup but it's a nice trade off.  Of course..heating my shower on the stove now is a bit more than I'm used to :D  But we just setup the potti tent and away ya go!!  When your towing you have to remember there's something behind you...lol.

This setup supports two kids in the hard covered trailer part easy, or two medium sized adults.  The tent on top is 50" wide  x  96" long.  The other thing that I really, really enjoyed was ALL the camping gear in ONE spot, ready to go.

I also included the build from start to finish and the new design that'll start production after this one is gone

Just an update..
I'm throwing in a new 1000 watt 2 cycle generator with this deal.

Spring's here so I have to make room for the new build

(Went out and updated the Tow Vehicle...hope Wavery likes this one!!!...lol;))

The second picture is a concept sketch of the new build

Thanks all

Now that's a "Manly" looking rig....:p

The camper looks like the International Space Station. Where are the solar panels? Seems appropriate for this rig...... dump the generator, give 'em solar.
