Going to put some extra money in the wallet. We have a large fence that needs replacing next summer.

Your house is wired in to your bank.  It knows when you have extra money so it can time maintenance items that need $$$

I just paid off a vehicle too.  Had a CD maturing and the renewal interest rate was less than the interest rate on the loan.  Amount of the CD was within $10 of the balance on the loan, so it was a no-brainer.  Extra $$ during the month is nice, but don't tell my house!

As much as there are a zillion things I'd like to do around the house it always comes down to money. Maybe some of those can get done now.
