I know this topic has come up more than once in the past year but has anyone looked into the Trailer Ins provided by Camping World ? They state that they will replace your trailer if totaled 100% were as our auto Ins will give you current cost. [&:]

whitestar505Between state regulations and " zones"  created by the insurance companies it s immposible to determine what coverage you can expect in your location. Many compainies offer " replacement value"  insurance that can cover a PU. The problem is most don t offer it in all the states or zones they write policies in.
According to the insurance experts the onlt real way to find the best coverage for you is for you to do the legwork and get estimates from as many companies as you can and ask for copies of the policy to find out exactly what coverage you ll be getting for your money. Another thing I learned the hard way is READ all the fine print. One policy I had that was replacement value I found out after a claim that that the policy only covered the PU for replacement value if it was totaled.[&:][:o] Damages otherwise to items in the PU like stove, furnace, AC unit were current depreciated value.
In my case I heard about Progressive offering a great deal on replacement value insurance, but they don t offer it where I live. If I moved 5 miles I d be in a differnet zone and they d write the policy.
