Since my little PU does not have a storage trunk, there was no good place for city water and gray water hoses, extension cords and other stuff needed for setting up. They all fit nicely under the dinnette seat, but that means getting inside, moving stuff so I can open the dinnette seat.  So I resorted to rolling up the hoses and sticking them inside a heavy duty garbage bag and setting that inside the door. That was kind of a mess and a wierd shape.

Now I have a big improvement on that idea.  A five gallon plastic bucket holds fresh and gray water hoses, hose connectors, mallet and stakes, etc.  Lid goes on top and is the last thing in and the first thing out.  After setting up I put a plastic garbage can liner in it, stick the lid on top and use it under the awning for trash.

I think I got the idea for this from someone here at PUT, but can t remember who.  So whoever you are--thanks!

wssfetchGreat idea.  I do have the storage trunk, but I could use a trash can.

wssfetchGood idea.  I have a trunk but your idea can still be used to keep everything together in the trunk.
