garym053We haven t started planning our camping season this year.

I try to reply to requests for info, but they aren t rushing in.  In addition, with the old boards going away, I won t have the old reviews to refer to any more :(

garym053Not quite frozen. We visited the Manchester Camping show last weekend. I think it helped to get the blood flowing again.

garym053How WAS the show in Manchester? Every year I say I m going to go, and every year the X-C Skiing is just too good to miss!!! Any really cool stuff that a guy with a nickname of GadgetMan (given to me by an 8 year old in our church camping group!) needs?

garym053Yes we are frozen and if the snow keeps up the campgrounds will never open or they will all become lakes for the spring.

garym053

garym053U R Right, GaryWT! I was chatting with one of the guys from the VT State Parks Dept and he jokingly said Spring would arrive around July! He may be right! Where are you from? We don t have as much snow in Northern VT as they do down in Southern VT and NH, but it s been down to 20 to 30 degrees below zero a lot this winter! Although where it hasn t been plowed there isn t much frost and we do need the ground water for our wells!!!

garym053Hi, I am from MA, north of Boston on the coast.  Spring will be interesting up around the Saco in NH, I am sure a campground or 2 will be flooded.  I agree that the benifits will be good but it has been a long winter.
