I visited your web site -  enjoyed the visit!  I was once a critical care nurse but not anymore -- I m a little too old and stiff for that pace!!!  I have an office job now, but still enjoy it.
Good to make your acquaintance.  I am having a good time getting to know some of the people on this forum.
Do hope CampnFan is doing well and I m guessing he is -- it is amazing how well people get along after such a procedure.

CampNfan

luvourjaycoThis is CampNFans sister, I am talking to him from the hospital.

Rick says: I appreciate all the thoughts and replies, it brings tears to my eyes.  Way to many to mention, so thanks to everyone.  We certainly have a circle of LOVE!  AMEN, God Bless Everyone and meet you in the woods with a healthy BUTT CHICKEN!

Hopefully be out of this hospital on Tuesday!  Course I d hang out if Holly and Larry were here but there not.  So my lazy-boy will have to do.

 Love to all,
 CampNFan

luvourjaycoI spoke to Rick today and he said he had just finished a big plate of Scrapple, roast beef, biscuits and gravy. He probably wishes he had just finished one!!

If any one plans on communicationg with him the # is 703-698-2480 and

luvourjaycoGlad to hear CampNfan is doing okay after his surgery. We ll keep him in our prayers that his recovery is complete and he can get back to camping in no time. Heck, he might have to as part of his recovery. You need that peace and quiet that and what better place to get that than at a campground of your choice.[:)]

If anyone does pay him a visit, a good thing that cheers someone up is printing off this post for him to read. I ve done it for someone else on another board and he was just tickled to read what everyone said.

 luvourjaycoHi Folks:

Dear Hubby and I went to visit Rick this afternoon.  He sends his regards and I know is heartened to hear from so many of you.  Although he looked like a person who just had a major surgery, he is doing well and in very good spirits.    Lets all keep him and his family in our thoughts and prayers for continuing good recovery and return to normal activities real soon.

P.S.  No " Hooters"  nurses were spotted there, however.  [;)]

I guess we all could chip in and send him some " real"  at home care nurses that would suffice. Wait, heart surgery, maybe that would not be such a good idea. I guess he will have to recover the old fashioned way.... with grumpy old " Nurse Hatchet"  types.

Any way, keep up the getting well. Them there camping sites are a calling.....

luvourjaycoI have a Speedo. I could wear it and my support socks, and be Rick s nurse. Think that would get Rick going?

Take good care and may you have a speedy recovery.

 Always,

Sure would, Larry!  At a fast pace ~ right out the front door!!  You oughta know better than to do that to a guy whose heart is on the mend!!  LOL
 Great image!

Sorry Kelly, but I must disagree with you in the strongest manner possible! The sight of Larry in a Speedo might have Rick clutching his newly fixed chest doing a Fred Sanford impression. Larry, as a nurse practitioner, aren t your forbidden from harming your patients?  [;)]

SurfcalHey Guy!!  By the time you read this you ll be home.
