I came up this two days ago and we re having the leftovers as pulled pork sandwiches for dinner tonight!

It s a crockpot recipe but I would think you could make in a dutch oven as well.  I just haven t learned how to use a DO yet.[:o]

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Ranch Mushroom Sauce

 Pork Tenderloin (frozen works fine)
 1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (condensed)
 3/4 cup apple juice
 2 tsp white wine vinegar
 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
 fresh ground pepper
 Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray

 1.  Spray bottom and sides of crockpot with Pam (easier clean up when done).
 2.  Spread onions across bottom of crockpot.
 3.  Place frozen pork tenderloin on top of onions.
 4.  In separate bowl, combine soup, apple juice, vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce and packet of ranch dressing.  Mix until smooth. Add pepper to taste.
 5.  Pour mixture over pork.
 6.  Cook low 9 hours, high 6 hours.

serve with pilaf or wild rice.

*variation, add a bag of frozen peas and some button mushrooms to the mixture before pouring over the pork.
