RE: CHIP N CHILI CASSEROLE (Dutch Oven)

 1 pound ground beef
 1 cup corn chips
 1 cup American grated cheese
 1 can chili with beans
 1 teaspoon minced onions
 
 Brown ground beef in Dutch oven. Drain fat. Add chili and simmer 5 minutes. Remove mixture.
 
 Place half the mixture in bottom of Dutch oven. Add half the corn chips and then half the cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake for about 20 minutes.

 We are new to PU ing and plan to purchase a DO for this season and now plan to use this recipe !
 So " foil,need I say more" , yes, please[:)]
 Does that mean I line the DO with foil before cooking this or something else ???[&:]

 iwantapopupSorry about that, I posted several DO recipes and kept putting line with foil first, so I thought I might be getting redundant.  I always line my DO with Heavy Duty foil before I add any ingredients.  It s alot easier to pull out the nasty foil and pitch instead of scraping (occasionally burnt on food).  I d rather spend my time relaxing then too much cleaning. [:D]
