wiininkweHELP!!! I can not for the life of me get the darn thing folded back up!  My DS unpacked it and popped it open before I got a chance to see it.  He didn t realize there were ties and so they broke when it popped up.  Di, we tried to follow your steps but still couldn t figure it out!  Anybody else wanna give it a shot?  Please?

Suezyque

wiininkweI think you can figure out the first couple of steps, up to folding the top over to meet the bottom edge.  From there is where it gets tricky.
Grab each top edge with your two hands while you step on the bottom with your foot.  With your left hand, start to push it towards the center, with your right hand, push towards the center, but make that edge go underneath the left one.  Hold that position with one hand and with the other grab the top (keep your foot on the bottom portion) and push it towards the center, so it goes under the sides.  You want that portion of it to flip over under the sides.  It all comes together at that point.
It s really hard to explain huh?

I just found a small bag of stakes and guy lines in the bag that I didn t know were there.   Be sure you have yours too.

wiininkweYup, it s really an adult party game in disguise.

wiininkweThis is really " sad"   I ve been trying to order one for a few days now.  The first time I forgot my credit card in the car, the second time I placed the order, then came back on this post to see if there were any comments on the size and didn t have time to complete the order before I had to leave.  The other time I found the coupon Suzie gave and found out I had to spend another $5.  to use it, so I broused for 1 hour trying to find something ( a lot of ammo on that site!!) and had to leave again before the order could be placed!! [:@] I have to stop going there before it s time to pick up my son from school!  I ll never get the darn thing!  So to continue this sad story, the last night I had a DREAM that I finally got my act together, sat down, went to the site, and they were SOLD OUT!!!   I really hope I was dreaming, because I want one!  Definatly placing my order today!!  wiininkweI m suprised they have lasted as long as this!  I posted the link to numerous boards that I read.  (I posted here first, and then waited a week before sharing it elsewhere.  I wanted the PUT s folks to get first dibs.)  They have to have sold hundreds.  I emailed and asked them how many they ve sold, but they said they don t have that information, but appreciate the loyalty.  They also stated they have had great reactions to the potty tent since it started selling.  I have been a customer of theirs for several years now!  Love their stuff!!!

wiininkweYEA SUEZY!!! That worked like a charm.  It s back in it s bag safe and sound until next month.

It rained last weekend when we used it for the porta potti.  I found that a small umbrella stuck on the top worked just fine.

SuezyqueFor $20 the thing is amazing.  I think it will work great.

Just a note - they are now out of stock.  They will take orders but do not expect another shipment until June 30th.

wiininkweI m always a sucker for deals, but since I have the PETT privacy tent, even I couldn t find a way to justify the extra purchase.

However, reading all these posts reminded me of the " agonious"  times I ve had trying to fold the screen room.  Since the privacy tent is smaller it should be easier.

Suezyque

wiininkweHere are some different directions for folding up the potty tent.

wiininkweWe got ours.  After reading the other posts, I opened it in the house after clearing out the kids and dogs.  They peeked around the corner to watch. I held on to it tight.  It shook, it trembled, I barely loosened my grip and it flung itself open.  The kiddos were cackling, wanting to see it happen again.  I have 2 green/purple bruises now, one on my inner forearm, the other on my inner mid thigh.[&:]

Closing it wasn t too bad, we have a couple of Play Hut toys that fold up the same way so I had plenty of practice folding up.  It s just even with the warnings, I never expected it to pop open as fast and furious as it did.  DH is opening it next time.

But it is worth it.  DH fought me on buying a shelter for the portapotty, but even he had to admit it was too good a deal.  So thanks again Suezyque![:D]
