Ok, I know this has been asked before but I searched and couldn t find anything.
So, how are you supposed to clean your windows in your popup? (We have a coleman, is it any different than the others?)

We have heard about the Plexus, but don t know if any of the Marine stores carry it here.  Our windows have some soap residue on them (where we didn t dry the water off completely) and I just noticed it this weekend when we popped up to pack things for this coming weekend.

 Please help!

kmintonI happen to use a green colored RV cleaner I bought at the dealers. It  is safe for most anything in the camper.  I will have to check what the name of it is.It is a concentrate and also gets the black streaks off the outside of the  camper. I have not used it on the canvas though...don t think you are supposed to use it on the canvas. I do use it for the windows. I was told to NOT USE WINDEX OR ANY OTHER AMMONIA PRODUCT on the windows.  I guess it causes them to cloud up. Do you have a manual? It may tell you more.

kmintonYou can use Ivory Snow to wash the windows or you can order Plexus on line.

kmintonI just happen to have my bottle of Plexus sitting here on my desk.  The website is www.Marinestore.com or you can call them at 800.325.6070 to order it.  My local marine stores had no idea what it was.  It was around $13 with S&H.

Ah, Jeanne, the mysterious green RV cleaner again.  I couldn t find anything matching that description when I looked other than Simple Green, which isn t specifically for RVs.

kmintonPlexus is definitely what I would use -- and did use on our Coleman.

Here are some websites to buy it:
 http://www.premiumautocare.com/plexus.html
 http://www.autogeek.net/plexplasclea.html
 http://www.carcrazy.net/find/p/531/mcms.html
 http://www.cyclegadgets.com/Products/product.asp?Item=PLEXUS

I could go on and on, but it appears that you MIGHT be able to find this stuff in an auto parts store or cycle shop (as it cleans helmets really well).

kmintonThanks for the info.  I am going to call some of the marine stores to see if they have any.  I also heard that the Harley-Davidson dealerships might carry it.

 Thanks again,

kmintonI ordered 3 cans of Plexus from Autogeek.  It was 19.95 for 3, 13 ounce cans.
