I started the thread " How did you learn to back-up your camper?"  on Thursday evening and then went to PA for the weekend.  I just got home and got your great advice!  Thanks a bunch -- I love your sense of humor and identified with much that was said -- especially " just remember to stop when you hear a loud crunch" .   I will study your advice and then practice, practice, practice!  It is good to know that even the people who do it frequently have a problem occasionally!  Thanks again -- you guys & gals are the greatest!

 C. HainsGlad you had a good trip.  Backing up will become easier the more you do it.

 C. HainsAustin,

I was rolling on the floor when reading the link to " Ten Tips For Successfully Backing Your Trailer" .  I am pretty good at backing (lots of experience now).... but the DW definetely doesn t even attempt backing anymore.  Too many casualties.

AustinBostonRead it!!!  Got it!!!  Sounds like some of MY aborted attempts!!!
