 I m not going to guess,
 and I m not asking you to guess either,
 
 but could we get your mom to give us her guess, which based on her vast knowledge and experience, would be ALOT more accurate than any guess that I would make.
 
 
 At the rate this is going, I don t think a Taco Salad will ever taste the same [;)]again

 You have obviously not watched Mike cook.  If the recipe calls for 1/2 tsp and he s already used the 1 tsp, he won t just fill it halfway, but will use the actual 1/2 tsp.  Same for cup quantities.  (Can you tell we have no dishwasher?  I m it!)
 
 To his defense, he s worked for years in chemistry labs where every iota of a puff of powder is measured.  Me, if something calls for 1/8 tsp, I just shake the shaker into the mix, LOL!

 1 Head Lettuce,
 now what type of lettuce do I use, Iceberg, Garden, Chinese?
 Do I have to cut it up? or just seperate the leaves, or just toss the whole head in.
 3 big red tomatoes,
 how big is big? could I use 6 medium ones, or 9 small ones?
 Again, do I have to cut them up, and if so, should they be sliced, or cut into sections?
 1 Red Onion
 Same question as the tomato. Do I need to slice it up, or just toss it in?
 2 cans Sliced Black Olives
 would those be the 12 or 16 oz. cans, or the giant 64 oz can I got in Costco?
 Can I use a can of whole olives and slice them up myself?
 How thin a slice should they be?
 1 bag Peas (frozen, thaw before using)
 Would that be a 1/2 lb or a 1 lb bag of frozen peas?
 Why can t I use fresh ones?
 Sharp Chedar Cheese
 OK we re missing the quantities here.
 Are we talking about sliced cheese, of just a block?
 Red or White?
 1 bag Cool Ranch Doritos
 A big bag or a little bag?
 What about the ones that come in the tube? would they do?
 1 lb. Lean Hamburger (cooked and cooled)
 Pardon my ignorance here,
 but we went to McDonalds and got 1lb of lean hamburgers, no fries.
 Do I cut them up, or just toss them in whole with the buns attached?
