The only thing I have heard about this is that it is mainly seasonals as the seasonal rates are pretty good.
 
 Indian Acres closer to Elkton is totally private, you buy the lot, and then pay them what amounts to $85.00/mo maintenence/condo fee (a little over $1000 per year in a lump sum), then have to pay the property tax on the lot too.
