Hi All!
 
 Just got back from 8 days at Guadalupe River State Park, Texas.  Have got to say that we had an outstanding time.  DW says that on a scale of 1-10, this trip rated a strong " 12"  and you will get no arguement from me.
 
 Going to spend the next few days trying to get caught up and will post a review on this trip as soon as I can.  Until then, hope all are well and safe and happy camping to everybody!

I went there a few weeks ago. I  got there at 400 pm and just wanted to drive around and look at the place and they wanted something like $4.00 per person to get in. There are five in my family. I thought that was too much and turned around and left.

 Got to say that I m surprised to hear that.  Our SP s usually have no problem with some one just wanting to take a look.  Wish there was some way I could take care of it for you.  I m a bit proud of my state and very proud of our SP s.  Don t like any one leaving with a bad experience.  If you don t mind, I d like to forward your comments to our parks department and see what they have to say.  I will only do this with your permission.
