RE: Cherokee, NC KOA

Has anyone stayed at the Cherokee, NC KOA? I have reservations for 5 days in July but was wondering if anyone could advise me on the better sites there. I want to be close to the bath house....but not right on top....I wat to be close tothe playground.,...but not so close that the noise is loud....I would also like to be able to see the river...[]  I am not asking for a lot am I...[]

Since I had never been there I wasn t going to reply.  But since you have not had a response yet, this is what I copied from another post.
 
 " I m going to Cherokee KOA on Father s Day weekend (3rd time in a row). I would recommend this KOA if you ve never been there. Great facilities, a river to tube down, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. Much cooler there in June than in Indian Trail or Fayetteville."
