forestwalkerWe ve been storing ours at our home, but I m going to look into renting space so I can pop it up and work on it and let it dry!!! It doesn t seem like the rain or snow is going to stop this year!!!
The Fairgrounds near us rent spaces in the show barns during the winter! I believe it s $100.00 for the season- November 1st to May 1st. You may want to check into that if there s a fairground near you.

forestwalkerI am now fortunate enough to store mine in my warehouse, but we previously had an outside storage space that went for $45.00 per month.  I paid for a year in advance and that dropped it down to $40.00 per month, they then threw in 2 free months which brought it down to around $35.00 per month.  If you can swing something like that it could be worth the cash outflow.
Btw, I moved into the warehouse after only 7 months, so they refunded me for 5 months instead of 7.  Which is how it was written in the contract.  What I m saying is; make sure you re going to keep it stored there for the long haul if you get a deal like that.
If you do store it outside, then make sure you move it every 4 weeks even if you aren t taking it out for a trip.  The side-walls of the tires will take a beating from the sun if left in one spot for too long.  Even better is to cover the tires with a light colored tarp (to send the ultra violet rays back to where they came from) or something.
One more note;  I bought and used a Fulton Trailer Keeper (boot) for around $56.00 on one tire of the PU while in storage and sent a picture to my insurance company.  They lowered the PU rate $2.50 per month for the added security!  Have since sold the boot to another member of NNC and hopefully they sent in pic s. to their insurance company.
