DH and I just decided it s time to put ours on the market as well!  We re looking at early June to list too.  I just bought a whole bunch of shelf paper and will get some paint soon.  So much cleaning, so little time...the good news is we don t have a camping weekend until June 6th so at least I can spend a little time on the house now.

Many congrats AB!  Having just made the move out of California and back to the Northwest I can understand what you are going through.  I hope the house goes well and the move uneventful.

We have on average 5-6 viewings each weekend day, and two viewings each weekday evening. So far, shown over 25 times  

 That is a LOT of showings!  I hope we get that great a response!  Good-luck!  By the way, how long does each showing usually last?  I know your going through an agent, so they must plan it all out.  We plan on selling ourselves, so I was wondering how to time it!
