Does anyone know what happened to the old forms.  I was trying to search for them yesterday and can not find them.  Are they no longer available or am I doing something wrong. Thanks.

what a great loss that is...are they backed up anywhere (at least the major topics of interest to most)?  or an hardcopy.....
 
 If not, I think, PUT has missed an opportunity to actually publish a book that would help people choose a popup etc. etc.    (Or would that infringe on people s " rights"   " HEY, that was MY idea!"  type of thing.
