Wife and I went camping at Lake Texana this Memorial Day weekend.  She has issues with the following.  The AC when running drips like a bad leaky faucit and some of the water made it inside at night when a flap was zipped down[:o].  The drain for the sink is really slow[:(]  Got any good ideas[:)] and or sights to go to for mods on the sink and AC drains.

The OvermansThere are many, many places within PUT that the slow sink drain is dealt with, some involving actual modifications to the outside drain or a venting system.  We did ours a very simple way.  We found a C-shaped clamp (like what you would use to hold your brooms or rakes in the garage) that will fit the hose and glued it to a strong magnet.  The magnet attaches to the back of the metal box that is the outside shower.  By keeping he drain hose high up, it seems to eliminate some of the uphill bending of that drain hose, allowing the water to drain with gravity rather than against it.  It s not very high tech, but it works![:D]

Can t help you with the A/C problem, but I recently set up grey water system from the above post (6quigs post) and love it.  Very simple, very easy to make, and works very well.

The OvermansI think most of have had some kind of problem with slow sink drains. And like stated, several different fixes. The one I m using has worked like a champ, [link=http://www.gonecamping.net/pages/braindrain.html]CLICK HERE[/link] for pictures of it...
