No fiction this week.
 
 I tried to write a humorous piece to post this morning about a family that was so addicted to pop-up-camping that they loose their jobs and then their house, and end up living full-time out of their pop-up...and not minding it.  Unfortunately, I felt it came a bit close to how some of us feel about pop-up camping (even if we don t act that way).  The result was that it wasn t very funny, and it had no other redeeming quality once the humor was gone.

Hey, no kidding. I have a friend who has a seasonal site(w/ a hard-side pop-up!!) who is losing his apartment. So they ve decided to stay at the cg all summer until they ve saved enough money to get a new apartment. He ll have to commute 45 miles each way to get to work, but says it s worth it.
