RE: What a Weekend!

Now that we are all home safe and not so sound (or is that not so sane) ! I would like to Thank Kelly, Goose, Bearbait, Honeybee ,Cyclone and their families for a GREAT weekend.
 
 We all met down (it is down for me) in Indiana for the holiday weekend. It was a weekend full of good laughs and great people. Meeting all but Jan for the 1st time I can say it felt like we were all  long time friends and had known each other for years!
 The dog is still sleeping, he sure got wore out!
 
 Kelly, you did a fine job picking the park for all of us.(You can do it again next year) I was in slight shock as we drove thru 300 sights to get to ours, but it was nt bad in our little corner of the world!

[font=" Lucida Sans Unicode" ]Marcy, I too would like to say thanks for a GREAT WEEKEND.  Meeting you, and your family, Jan,  Kelly, Goose (on the loose) and their family was a wonderful experience. The fun we had around the camp fire and the laughs we shared are what friends are made of.
 
  Thanks for the cookies and the sugar HIGHS you gave the kids. []  My little one is still asking for Kelly s kids and your dog and Bearbait wants to know when we will be doing this again.
 
 Kelly, Great job on picking the park and the sites.  I think we had the BEST in the park.

 The goose wasn t entirely on the loose (c mon now!) ~ the goose was just a little intimidated by the other aforementioned campers, who in their short history have generated some already-legendary moments!
 
 But the park was awesome, the kids were great, the vittles swell and the company tip-top.  I think I can speak for all of us (some of whom do a little too much talking on their own...[]) when I say we look forward to the next time.... [/font]

 My kids are a bit lost right now themselves!  They loved playing with the dog and with Bearbait & Honeybee s little one ... they want to know when we are doing it again, too!  (does that make Bearbait just one of the kids?[])
 
 I m glad the CG and the sites worked out so well!  A very pleasant surprise... I d be happy to find us the next one ... a bit closer to MN this time, though!  That was one looooooong drive!!  [&:]
 
 It was so much fun to finally meet some of the people I ve gotten to know here.  You all were just like I imagined you d be ~ like old friends I d been hanging out with for years!
 
 Enough of that mushy stuff ~ everybody go over and vote on Marcy s poll!

It was a great week-end!!!  Many thanks to Bearbait and Honeybee for graciously sharing their space.  It was a blast camping with Kelly, Goose, Marcy and families, too.  Can t wait to do it again!!  (and Goose, don t be intimidated next time).  Just pick the location for the next one, and I ll be there.  When are we going?
