My duaghters girlfriend repaired her boots by wrapping duct tape around them a few hundred times - lt look abit goofy - but it works.  When I drove her home the other day I noticed the mailbox had duct tape wrapped around it as well.  Once the fever starts it just never stops....

You can t fix everything with duct tape......for some things you need WD-40![]

 I totally forgot about the Velveeta. You re right, I went from Kraft American slices to Velveeta. You re pulling out the Eazy Cheez when you start wrapping the duct tape around your boots hundreds of times!

 Gaffer s is not duct tape -- it is used more for theatre s.  It leaves less of a tacky residue.  It is also a lot more expensive

 If you re a race fan, you know that it s also called " 200-mile-an-hour tape" !![]
 
 Oh, and in addition to duct tape and WD-40, your tool kit is not complete without bungee cords. (When we were tent camping we used tarps and bungee cords to cover things sometimes. I could get really creative! I used to tell my friends, " Give me a big enough tarp and enough bungee cords, and I ll build you a house! [])

Gaffers tape is not duct tape.. If you have ever had a roll you would know the diffrence.. It is way better than duct tape...
 
 BTW, I would give a high percentage of a long term repair for a smalle hole if you put the duct tape on the inside of the tire...
 
 Hmmm, Hi-Lift jack with base on the tire bead, lifter inserted into trailer hitch, a can of starting fluid to catch the bead after it is repaied... Yep, I could do it with what I have in the 4Runner right now...

Gosh, I thought there wasn t anything you couldn t fix with duct tape or baling wire.
 
 For the other names:
 
 Grey Tape (yes I know it comes in other colors)
 DUCK Tape - nobody in the south pronounces the T and it becomes Duck.
