RE: Electric Rope Lights

I have an idea I d like to share with everyone. We bought a set of the rope lites and I  installed them inside the galley cabinet under the sink. Makes for  very good visibility. No fumbling for a flashlite.
 
 I had to laugh at the hi amperage part, I figured somebody didn t see the decimal point!

I think I should post this under SPUT...I was at my site last night and I went to check the box to see if it said .54 and I m embarassed to say it said
 
 
            " IT USES 54.......WATTS......not amps, like I posted......   Sorry

 I saw the lights in the cabinet and it is a great mod!

I did something a little different with my rope lights this past week.  When we were camping, I took the red, white and blue rope lights and put them around the bunkends on the bottom.  I was able to use plastic pinch type clothes pins and it gave the PU a cool looking and different effect.  I had many compliments on it and no other PU had the same thing done.[]
