This is hard for me to believe but, my first camping trip is coming.  We are going to get to sleep in this camper.  We are headed for the Rally on Sunday.  We had to cancel three camping trips this year already.  I just can t wait.  See you all soon.

Mahaffey-FamilyThis is my third for the year, but my first since Easter. Did PULL a camper the other week, son hooked it up and I pulled it down to Donna and Kim for the Rally.

I ve still got a few things to do...gotta make a valance and put velcro on it.
Dicks Sprting goods have this neat addition to an e-z up type awning that I am slightly modifying for the Bantam. It is side walls that I will hook to the awning with clips by the tabs used for hanging. This is to protect my new camping kitchen and appliances from rain. If I can hang it on the bar, I need a valance as the bar sets out further than the awning itself leaving a space for the rain to mess everything up.

We are only traveling 210 miles.  Looks like it will be only about 3 hours for us. ( if we don t have to stop)
