RE: Due to circumstances beyond my control...

 GOOD GRIEF, Charley Brown--I have had so many misadventures since you last heard from me that I wont even list them here  except briefly, but  they started out in early March  when I worked for 21  full days (early AM until exhaustion) helping a friend " re-do"  an art gallery.  Then immediately tore something loose in my leg/ankle TWICE (SAME LEG and same leg I injured when Toni was here last august) and couldnt get up to the computer loft (my Mac powerbook is out on a long-term loan.)  then about the time I thought I could climb the stairs to the loft and return to the board and make Jeffrey s life hell again, Billy got dangerously sick from a really bad medicine reaction and I just have had no psychic energy left for having fun.
 
 Right now I am trying to recover from the disappointment of not going to the Virginia Rally where my chief  motive was to surprise Birol and deliver his Thetford to him personally,  I will now  have to send it and will have to wait until their return from the rally so that someone will be home to receive it.
 
 And I would NEVER let something like the little controversy last winter keep my from my  FRIENDS.  Although I have never been able to figure out why moderator 1 and Dave did not answer the questions I politely and privately e-mailed them after the mod slammed me publicly for the habit of " sarcasm"  and then said " let s take this discussion to e-mail"  ( Silly me--I thought he meant it.   Ah well, I guess administration have been too busy administering for the past 4 months to explain.[]  (This is NOT sarcasm--just a little joke about administrators; after all, I am married to one and I know all the jokes about them.)
 
 
 I have really  missed my friends at PUT and hope to read a lot of  inspiring  camping stories here before winter sets in.

 I was really starting to wonder, Winki kept saying she was talking to you.
 But, I was getting suspicious that maybe she had you tied up in her basement or something.[] I guess I can call off the authorities.[]

Glad you re back. I m also disappointed about having had to back out of the VA rally but today was a REALLY bad pain day for my son and I thought for sure we d end up back at the hospital. Scary being so far away when he has these episodes. He s doing somewhat better tonight so I m looking forward to tomorrow. Sorry to hear about you and your husband s health issues. I know only too well that sometimes the fun has to wait. Glad you guys are doing better now.

I am sooooo glad that you finally came back!!!  The good members of this board were getting very suspicious when I tried to tell them about all the bad things that were going on in your life, and they must have thought you were a figment of my imagination when I kept saying that I was talking to you regularly.
  Every one has truly missed you, in fact Jeffrey was even wondering if we would need to search for a new  Mom  figure to replace you.  (and wouldn t that person then be a  stepmom ?)  Anyway, maybe now we can get your answers to all the questions that everyone was asking, and put everything back in it s proper place.  My little brother and I are so glad to have you back!!!!!
