tlhdocThis campground is about 25 North of the Delaware Memorial Bridge off of US 40.
There is a Camping World off of I 295, not too too far and Cowtown, which is a big produce/flea market west of Woodstown.  In summer Cowtown has a rodeo on Saturday evenings. Cowtown is only open on Saturday.

Also Yogi and Boo-Boo will show up for Breakfast on Saturday as a plus for the kids.

If interested, please call Yogi Bear and tell them that you would like to be in " R"  section. Sites are being help in my name, Paula Foster. they have been extended another week. We have 3 already confirmed. There are several sewer sites and the rest are water/electric.

Please let me know if you are coming and we can plan for a dinner or desert or appitizers around the campfire.
 Paula

tlhdocOur list of who is where so far:

 Bob_B R-19
 shebantam R-20
 Debbie R-21
 jerseygirl R-24
 Adam R-25
 WildWildQuest R-28

R-22 and R-23 are full hookup sites and are not taken yet.
R-26, R-27 and R-29 are w/e/c and are still available.

Now the next order of business to to figure out if we want a covered dish, a dessert swap or snacky stuff around the fire or nothing at all or some combination of the above.  Remember keeping it simple is the best.

tlhdocI just got back from the RV show at Pennsauken NJ. Boy was I glad I did.

We have the trip scheduled for April 11 - 13 at Yogi Bear in Elmer NJ. I introduced my self to Melody, one of the staffers, possibly owner. She was going to have to call me!!!

Our weekend they are running a special she did not know about until the last day or two. It is DOUBLE THE FUN WEEKEND,

What that means is that since we are a group, we are bringing buddies and we should call ASAP to get that changed.  They will not be in the office on Monday Tues and Wed. Krista will be in this weekend.

If you have not reserved your site, and want to mention that you are with the group under the name of Paula and then you should only pay half price.

SheBantam

tlhdocThe above was mine, I forgot to log in I was so excited about the half price weekend!!

There are now 6 families attending and room for more especially since it is half price for our group.

tlhdocI have a question.  Do you need to be an " official member"  of your group?? We re rookies at this pop-up camping stuff, and would like to try and join your trip.  Being a Newbie at this, I may need some directions getting the camper into a site!    I live in NJ and can t go too far, my vehicle isn t really equipped to tow the weight, but think I could make it to Elmer.  Do I just call and make the reservations w/ campground??

SheBantam

tlhdocCall or e-mail Tall Pines, tell them you are part of the group in the rally section for 4-11 through 4-13. they will not be in until the end of the week.
It is now $41.00 for the weekend, it is bring a buddy, we are bringing each other so it is half price.

No you do not have to be an official member of anything, the only requirement is that you want to camp. One of the families is a co-worker of mine who lives in Pennsville and wanted to come with her tent.  In fact most of the conversation/information is not even on PUT, it is at another site.

Please feel free to come and join us, there are 6 families as of now, 2 from PA, I am from DE and the others are from Jersey. You will be welcome.

If you want any more info, you can e-mail me at shebantam@comcast.net
I seem to be the wagon master of this event. Some one can help you get into the site, even if we have to unhook the camper and push it where you want it (unless you have 2 axiles or a TT/hybrid).

 Hope to hear from you,
 Paula
