 Bill  wrote  asking me to help explain his absence from the board for awhile . In addition to his worries about Donna s health, he now has a difficul tsituation at work to deal with as follows:
 
  "  I ll be out of touch for awhile as our work building burnt last week. We have moved to a temporary location, but have VERY limited access to the outside world. "
