I am not tryint to create trouble here, what happened to him ? Did he get banned ? I understand from the posts I see that he posted a story and it was found tasteless by some/most, and he kept posting inappopriate stuff ?

I like(d) him a lot, if he is gone I sure will miss him [:(] I hope he comes back and it was a misunderstanding of some sorts ........

birolNot sure WHAT happened!!??  I ve been reading for about an hour and still can t figure it out!  [&:]  If Austin posts something offensive he is pretty quick to come back and apologize.  [:)]  He s not one of these guys who stirs up trouble " just because" .  (Then again, maybe he was bored because he didn t go to the Rally and wanted to have some fun!) However I doubt this is the case.  Austin is a Christian, and from what I can tell, there was nothing good about the post this debate is over.  I m starting to seriously wonder if the theory of someone signing in under his screen name isn t true.  We ll see, in the meantime I m not drawing any conclusions until Austin is un-banned and speaks for himself.

PJay - can you clear this up?? [:)]

birolWell it seems Austin was peeved at not being at the get together or just bored at the inactivity on the forum so he decided that making everyone who got to go the butt of a joke would be a fun thing. He actually got a few of the rest that didn t get to go to go along with him.
Things like posting messages that appeared to have been blocked and having a few others reply about how bad everything had gotten.
You know good clean third grade fun.
As for Austin I sugjested that if he needed something to do his wife probably had a nice long honeydo list and maybe he s working on that.[:D]

birolI thought it was pretty good.  The only thing is, it didn t go in the direction I thought.  It s a lot easier being on the " talking"  side because you can decide what to say.  Being on the " blocked"  side leaves you largely out of control.  So it took some faith in the people who were " in"  to not go too far.

My hope was that it would just be a discussion about who could and who couldn t see my posts (that s one of the things that were suggested), followed by others who were suddenly " blocked" .

I have got to admit that when I was accused of going " back on the bottle"  that was a direction I didn t want things to go.  For personal reasons, I need to clearly state, I only rarely drink, and I always drink responsibly.  I have never been drunk in my life, even when I was a teenager.

 Even so, it was fun.

birolFor the record, I also drink responsibly, I drink when there is an opportunity to socially drink and enjoy it, more for the friendship then for the sake of drinking. I have been drunk in my life, even when I was a teenager [;)] I do not drive if I drink, that is a no no !

One think I do not do is drive people who go to the rallies crazy so there ! [8D][8D][8D][8D][8D][8D]
