griffsmomNo news yet Moose. They were all hot and heavy in June and now we haven t heard a thing. From what we understand everything is still going to happen, we just don t know when. They don t have anyone to replace Randy in his current position right now. So my guess would be sometime next year.

griffsmomOh golly now I m in a quandry. I have found the the chocolate cake recipe I ve done recently is VERY good and disappears fast. However I also did a pumpkin dump cake that was REALLY good. One person had 4 helpings. Just what we need, more sugar. We are itching for November to get here.

griffsmomOne year for Halloween, we found a recipe for Kitty Litter cake. It was a regular sheet cake, but then you made this topping that looked like kitty litter when you sprinkled it on top of the cake. The best part, though, was the tootsie rolls that you warmed up slightly in the microwave and then rolled between your hands until they looked like, well, like kitty turds. You strategically placed them on top of the " litter" topping. I wish I had taken pictures, it was so realistic, it actually even grossed me out a little bit, and I have a pretty strong stomach! UPDATE[ul]

We got two additional sites for the GSMs and Sammyslave, and now have specific numbers, as indicated above. I ve randomly assigned families to sites. Please swap with each other if you d like. None of this is set in stone.

We paid the $72 deposit in August. No additional deposit needed for the two additional sites. You all pay me, then I will give them one single check to cover the entire amount. They don t want individuals paying them. (Have received all but three checks indicated above.)

The Clubhouse was fully booked. Bummer. The area between #7 and #8 is nice and big for our potluck(s), though!
