RE: Anyone Interested in a Santa Paula Rally?

 Emily s soccer team has league playoffs, and her coach says they re probably the weekend after the last game, which of course is the Santa Paula weekend.  I m not cancelling yet -- I want to wait for a definite date on the playoffs, but I wanted to give you a heads up.
 
 If we can t go, I know when I had to cancel with Far West before they were great and didn t charge me any fee for cancelling.  I d also suggest someone on the outer limits of our group slip into our spot so as not to have a stranger amongst us.  
 
 But like I said, don t count me out until I know for sure.  He said " the following weekend"  after the last game, but then he gave a date, which didn t match the " following weekend"  part.

Tricia--I still need to pay you and have every intention of doing so--I just keep forgetting to ask Dave for the checkbook.  I m sending him an e-mail right now to remind him to give me the money for our fees.  Aaahh, marriage in the new millenium! []
 
 Griffin is very excited about this trip.  He is now completely into trains and I have promised him a trip to the nearby train museum and even a ride on a train if such a thing is offered!  I hope he s not disppainted when he finds out that real trains don t talk like Thomas and his friends!

Lori, when we lived in Moorpark, there used to be a train ride with a BBQ dinner in Filmore.  Not too far from Santa Paula.  We never went on it but I always wanted to take the kids.   Matt loves trains too.  It must be the 2 year old thing.

 Well, this is a bit of a predicament, because not only have three still not paid yet (cut-off time is one week before the rally), but I haven t heard a word from Sammyslave/Larry&Rita, other than Scott saying they are definitely coming, so I don t know what to make of that.  
 
 We re leaving tomorrow for a week.  Will tackle this when we get back.  []
