Now it's my turn to need the sad face "smiley" with the tears.  We may have to cancel our site.  Griffin has been coughing non-stop since Monday.  I was up with him all night and my poor baby just coughs so much so that it has been making him throw up.  I called his pediatrician and they fear it may be pneumonia.  I have an appointment this afternoon to take him for an eval, and I'lllet you know whether we're still on or not.  Please keep little Griffy and his "tamping trip" in your thoughts and prayers.

I have taken care of trina, she only lives a couple of blocks from my office we had anice chat. what details do we need for this weekend, we should be there about 8 pm friday. we have 2 dogs. there will be 4 of us with the baby. potluck saterday maindish? dessert? suggestions?

Usually our "potlucks" are planned down to the finest detail, but this time we seem to be having our first "potluck" in the true sense of the word.  Bring whatever, but the main thing to bring is your appetite!  Look forward to meeting you!

Thanks Patricia! Yes, everyone is a-okay. Just work piling up with the end of the year on the horizon.  Sometimes owning your own business isn't all that great.  I told Larry he could get back on my good side if he agreed to stay and extra night at Lake Cachuma. He likes my good side so he agreed right away!

Tricia, when you said you were going to call Far West, does that mean that they may refund the site fees?  It would be cool if they would, but I understand if they don't.

 Oh, and as well as all the sales calls, we also get plenty of wrong-number calls, especially for a doctor's office whose number is almost identical to ours.  One day someone called, leaving only his first name, mumbling something about not being able to make it in for surgery that day or the next.  :eek:  Thank goodness I was able to track down the doctor's office and play the message for them!
 
 And thank goodness for that TeleZapper contraption.

  Good news: It will cost you only the $8 cancellation fee, so you three will be getting $28 of your $36 back.
 
 Dinner is the bad news: Because we're a big group on a Friday night, we have to order off the banquet menu, which is $13 for adults and $8 for kids. Includes a drink with the meal, plus tips and sales tax. For our family alone, that comes to $42. No thanks. So.......
 
 Who else still wants to do this? Let me know, and I'll call tomorrow to make the reservations, but we're out. (Yet if we all go and sit at individual tables, we can eat at the regular prices. I just don't get it.)
