 Hello:

Just a quick note to say hello from Ipswich, England.

Sounds like you are haveing a great summer.

It looks like everyone camps here, but they all have these small TT, I have not seen a single PU

The roads are so narrow and the traffic is so congested here, I couldn t imagine pulling any type of camper.

Have a great summer of camping and hope to see you in the Fall

 67_SkamperHi Pastor Steve,
Glad to here from someone " across the pond" . They have popups in England, but given the penchant for sloppy weather I guess most people would rather have a small " caravan" . One brand that I am semi familiar with is Pennine(sp) but there are others. I agree traffic is brutal and the roadway system leaves alot to be desired. When we were over there we utilized the mass transit...much easier than driving[&:]

67_SkamperAre you having a good time?  When do you come back to the US?

67_SkamperSteve~have a great time " over there"  -- and if you journey to Bath a word of warning.   Be very careful when touring the museum.  People have been known to fall (trip) on the slightly uneven walkways which can cause broken bones. I have no idea who on this board is such a klutz.......but I CAN tell you being in a cast for 5 weeks is no fun.

QuoteWhen do you come back to the US?

We will be returning the 27 of August. We are on a 6 week pulpit exchange with another Pastor and his family.  We will then spend two weeks bumming around Europe (Holland-Germany-Austria-Italy-France).

This is a great experience, we live in their home and drive their car while serving their churchs and they do the same in Iowa.

Jan, I do know that feeling and have had a few close calls exploreing the local ruins and castles.
