 Real estate agent said, it will definitely sell for what we are asking for it. We put it up for sale ........

 birolMy sister from Kansas just sold her house and now she has just put a contract on one here in PA.  Birol....her DH is from Toronto.[8D][8D][8D]

 birolI also hope to live in USA one day ... just don t know when, I am sick and tired of theis cold weather .... and racism   and discrimination ..... and the holier than you attitude ........ and the weather ...... and the cold    and the snow .....

 birolLOL...Ok, so you more than likely can get away from the cold and snow if you move to some parts of the US...but the rest......I don t think so!  [;)]  Only around other PUers!  hehehe

 birolThis is Nuts. We sigend the agreement with the real estate agent yesterday at 5:30 pm. Today they requested us to confirm the details, we made a few corrections.
 
 The house is not in the Computerized system real estate agents use. So here I am , 13:30 today, I paid my bills and happily wasting time in front of the computer trying to catch up to Tlhdoc. Well I had tidied up the kitchen and my desk was getting taken care of.
 
 Anyways, I get  a call from the real estate agents office, and the lady goes, well there is an agent who wants to show your house at around 12:30. And I go, it IS 12:30, and she says I know. So I said, well, can you make them come at 1 o clock please ? Because I need to do some last minute stuff, she said no problems. and I had to tell my DD and DW still in nightgowns (Me in PJ s) watching a Nicole Kidman movie (I was eyeing it too) to get dressed and I went into a crazy manic cleaning mood doing so many things I perspirated like hell.
 
 Anyways they came looked at the house for an hour , turns out our next door neighbour is their friend, they spent 20 minytes on the phone with someone and left ....
 
 So here I am back sayin no more showing today, and DW telling e to tidy up the clatter. So I guess I will go make her happy :)

 birolSomething to do just before someone comes to see the house, is to either bake something with cinnamon, or just sprinkle cinnamon on a cookie sheet on a low oven for the smell to go thru the house -- makes it seem homey

 angelsmom10Good idea,  somebody had suggested that we brew some coffee, I think Cinnamon would be a better smell [;)]
 
 
 No showings today [&:] Tomorrow we have one scheduled, I was hoping that we would have one or two everyday as houses sell like peanuts around here, it is a hot area, we are priced right .....
 
 
 Oh well, it only takes one offer to move us to our dream home.
 
 If all goes ok, I will give the url for the floor plan of the home we are aiming for ....
 
 Monday I take my tax return to te bank which asked for it , crossing fingers.
 
 Found out the discharge fee, 4,500 bucks, I hope the banks eat it [8D]

 birolI reprinted my taxes and now have to take it to the bank. We will know within a few days whether we will get approved or not .......

       Good Luck, we are also in the market for a new home.  Our lease is up in August 2003.  We are trying to buy the home that we are in but, the talks just keep on going.  Wednesday night we are going to a cookout with our landlord to chat some more about the home.  His wife wants to move back into this house so we are now looking at the house that they live in.  It is only a block away.  But, I don t want to move.  Enough about us.  I will say an extra prayer for your family tonight, if God wants you to have this home he will provide it for you.  Take care.

 Good luck with it.  I hope you find something you like at the price you want. In either case moving is so difficult, I am almost dreading it.
 
 gave the papers to the lady in  the bank, she doesn t seem to think that it will fail or anything. She said we should expect a call from the before the end of the week asking us to come and sign the papers. I guess if anything is wrong we will know before that. 4 days of pure excitement.
 
 We are also praying that the house sells very quickly,a s the builder doesn t accept conditional offers on sale of existing house. They have only three lots left with houses half built and they want to be finished with this phase.
 
 
 I am gonna pray extra long and hard tonight , too many things to ask, but hey, you can never ask God for enough things.
 
 P.S. Got a call just now, another showing tonight ! Three showings since we listed Thursday night ! Not bad ! I hope we get at least one offer this Wednesday.
