Just caught a short clip on the " Today"  show and thought I would start saving to buy me one.

This was a full-size Class A, about 40 plus feet with all the fineries such as marble floors, trash compactor, full size appliances, queen size bed, etc.  Just the ordinary stuff.

Now what really makes the difference here is that it can easily be converted to a YACHT.  Just press the switch, drive into a lake and start floating because you are now a yacht.

The clip showed this thing going across a lake.  I kept on waiting for it to sink.

Just think of all the money you can now save because you don t have to buy and maintain two separate vehicles if you own one of these things.

Cost: about 1.2 million.  Just might get one for dw also.

 GeneFhmmm...so, should your " toad"  be a car or a dinghy???  [;)]

birol

GeneFIs that anywhere on the net ?

GeneF

GeneFSorry Birol but I didn t catch the name of the company.

However, it did have a porch on the back for fishing but then I thought it might be a good place for you to pitch the MOAT for ds to use.  [:)]

GeneFIt must be one of those newfangled camper yachts or is it a yacht camper?

GeneFHey if I am spending 1.2 Million on an RV, I might just as well buy DS his very own too ! He needs his privacy :)

GeneFI found it! Well, I guess it s the same one. Surely there aren t two different models! [:D]

 How many does everyone want???

GeneF

 GeneFAnn

That is the one I saw this morning.

The picture of it on water really doesn t do it justice compared to the sight of this bus floating across the water on the video clip.

 Thanks for finding it.

GeneFThis reminds of a program I caught a bit of the other night on the travel channel.  It was titled " The World s Richest RV Parks" .  It was opulence to the extreme for those MH big boys with full service spa amenities, room service (a waiter delivers & serves a multiple course gourmet meal), maid service, full-time landscape gardener, etc.  I tried to find a re-cap online.  However, I was only given the times when this program will air again.  Here s that link http://travel.discovery.com/schedule/episode.jsp?episode=0&cpi=87429&gid=5726&channel=TRV

So, when I win the lottery.....[:D][8D]

 Peace be with you all.

GeneFJust a few days ago I saw a " Provost"  which costs about $900,000.  The tow part looks like a tractor trailor truck and the back is really outfitted with everything.  I think I would just buy a house and a new popup and forget the frills of the Provost.  Besides it had the wrong color counter tops and carpet and a dinky little 42 "  TV.  You would think for that kind of money it would have a new Plasm screen or at least a 60"  flat screen TV.  Naw, I don t want one.[:D]

birol

GeneFIf I had 900,000 bucks, I would not be paying that for an RV ! I would buy a nice house in FLA for winter, and a 5 th wheel with a nice pick up. Summers we would roam around, winters in the Swimmping pool !
