The soonest the hospital could get me in is Aug 5th to do a CPAP study, at that point, they will send a RX to a medical supply place and they will come out and set everything up.

I am surprised they didn t do the CPAP study the same night.  My DH was given a machine before he had a sleep study done.  I explained to the pulmonary doctor what was going on when DH was asleep and he ordered a machine on the spot.  Then DH went to the hospital a few weeks later so they could find the proper pressures for him.

Good luck and I know you will feel better.

angelsmom10If you are going to get a CPAP, investigate the makes/models before you select one.

Some can be powered by 12v DC and would be better for dry camping if that may be in your plans.
