No, I am not jobless at all.  In fact, I am working more and more.  It s good to take a little break and check in to see what s happening whenever I get a chance.  When the weather gets a bit humid down here I like the air conditioning in my little home office.  Mostly I am doing computer stuff between listing and selling houses like sending letters, doing my followup correspondence, thank you notes, searching the multiple listing for new listings and then calling folks to let them know a house just came on the market fitting their requirements....anything to help people with their needs.    
 
 Someone told me I need to  help with the bored on here.....or is it " board."   I only know that it sounded like bored to me.[]  I thought I could help you by making some interesting posts that would have some dry humor interjected into some of them and you could do some one liners to keep things moving.  Someone has to do it.[8D][][]

birol, I was given a gift of membership as a bribe to get me back on the board in March....to help with the bored.[]  Yes, I m with a big company, Prudential affiliated, with around 36 agents out of 400+ in a population of about 80,000...small town USA in the heart of golf country, south central NC.  If you get on terra server, you can zero in by satellite and even see the the roof of my house like one of the PUT members.  LOL!  I m just a little over an hour south of Raleigh and Greensboro;about 1 3/4 hrs east of Charlotte  It takes me about 2 1/4 to the NC or SC beaches and about 3 hrs to the mountains in the west.  It s a great place to be with very mild temperatures year round, low property taxes.  I m an NC native originally from near the center of the state.

Gift memberships are good I am also on a gift membership, courtersy of whom, I have no idea. Surely not one of the people who said " don t like him, don t read his posts"  in the depressed poll  [8D][8D]
 
 I am a native of Turkey, been around little bit and trying to settle in this part of the world ....... I would say so far we are doing a good job of it []

My daughter once had neighbors from Turkey.  She made friends with them.  They had her over for a fabulous meal which she really enjoyed.  They moved away but still keep in touch from time to time.  My nephew houses some missionaries or exchange students in conjunction with his church from time to time.  It seems like there is always someone coming over every couple of months to visit him.

I have heard about all the delicious food from my daughter.  There really isn t much that I don t like so I respect those who love good food and love to cook good food.  As NiteyOwl will tell you, I come from a long line of good cooks who treasure their cast iron as though it were made of gold.   Gee, I hope Topcat isn t reading this thread or he will demand that I fire up the chili vat right away.[8D][8D]
