 Afte a period of no showings yesterday was a refreshing change.  In the mornin we got a call for a 7 to 8:30 showing. And while we were at the airport, wife just about to go thru the security, we got another call, asking us if they could also do a 6:30 to 7:20 showing! Two in a day ! Of course the answer was yes ! Cram them in as much as you can !!!
 
 But, when we came home, we only saw 1 business card left form one real estate agent, aren t they supposed to leave their card if they show the house ? Or do they sometimes not leave it ?

 birolMaybe it was the same RE agent who showed it in the morning.  Either that or she/he  forgot [:)]

they were both for pm, my bad. Maybe you are  right though, we see a lot of people " eyeing"  the house when we sit at the porch, they might be wanting to look at the house once again, we did that with our first house too.
 
 Fingers crossed ......But, now that DW is gone, it will be an extra hassle to get the papers to her and back .... sigh ...... I am not saying anything ....

We decided against it, they cost as much money as Couriering the papers back and forth, and if we have no offers, it will be a waste of money for us .... Maybe DW did not want to give it to me, dunno. It will be a surprise, when I send the papers and she says, nope, I don t like the price [8D][8D][8D][8D][8D]

 birolAs for agents not leaving a card when showing, it could have been the same agent, but there are many that don t leave a card.  Around here we use electronic key boxes that record the date/time/agent showing.  At night when the agent must update their access key by placing it on a cradle which dials in automatically, it sends the info to a database and when I update my key it automatically downloads the showing info.  No more wondering if it was shown and by whom.  You can always call your agent to find out if it was shown.
 
 Oh, if you get the right price, your wife will certainly sign, won t she?  She is ready to move, isn t she?  Just think of that garage you are buying for your Popup.[;)]
