 Monday we went to the sales office and put down the offer for the new house, It is only conditional on financing and lawyer looking at the papers, so we have only 21 days to sell the house [8D][&:]
 
 The price went up by a 1K though, and I was mad at the sales lady, but she said, it will never go thru if she offered more discount. I had a feeling that she was gonna do this, and wife said, never mind so we let it go. She brought the price up to its full value for the optional ensuite , from its 2K discounted value. But we got a 5K discount and DW thinks that is fair, I dunno, I was mad. Two times we went to her, each times it went up by 1K ! I am never buying another house if this happens again !
 
 
 Anyways, so we gotta sell this house pronto or the new house is toast.  Did anybody manage to sell theirs in such a short period of time ? [:o]

 birolWe have another couple who are coming down tonight with thier in-laws.  If they like it (the in-laws) they already said they want to put down a deposit.  Right now, I will get excited when the Purchase and Sale agreement is signed - not before!  
 
 I think you bank will be patient.  They know they have a big loan going out - which is $$$ for them, but of course they are going to try to panic you.  They want thier $$ ASAP!  [:)]

 angelsmom10Same house we were looking at, 1800 sq feet mansion ! Single garage but largish garage (Hey in my dream last night, the PU and Windstar was parked inside side by side !) The rooms for kids are very good sized, master bedroom is acceptable, upgraded ensuite with seperate shower and two sinks and an oval tub (costing me 4K, it was supposed to cost 2K when we started [>:]). I don t really wanna pay for it, but they can t take it out, as it is already framed, and they won d give a discount either for it as this is the last house they have  (this size, on this small lot) and people are waiting for us to fail in financing or selling our house so they can get it without the 5K discount we got.  All the other houses are on 48"  lots, starting at 2,200 sq feet, costing 270K and upwards , ours is a steal at this price. Same model, build on 1997 is selling for 282K !
 
 
 Fingers double crossed for more showing and an offer tonight ! (Please God pleaseee )

 Houses can sell in one day, one week, one month or .....  You are worrying too much.  Think positive, keep it in showing condition with everything clean and neat.  Soon the right buyer will come along and you will be packing to move to the new house so your popup can have a home.

Was at the bank depositing money for the new home into the bank account, got a call, yup, another showing tonight [:D][:D][:D] Two yesterday, one today after a week of no activity, I don t know what is going on .....
