 kathybrjFirefyter-Emt - yes, I remember when you talked about getting out of Tripod. I ll be searching around for a new place for the site.
 
 I think having it on the Webring tends to bring a good number of hits. Checking Tripods count of visits yesterday, it registered 145 hits and I haven t touched it since Saturday. (Gee, I feel soooo " popular"  [8D])
 
 Maybe once our camping season slows down, I ll have time to look into it further.

 kathybrjKathy, as you put more information out there the popularity will rise.  Here are the statistics on my site for Apr-June 2003:
 
 Successful requests: 682,934
 Average successful requests per day: 8,496
 Successful requests for pages: 78,373
 Average successful requests for pages per day: 975
 Redirected requests: 10,463
 Distinct files requested: 997
 Distinct hosts served: 20,224
 Data transferred: 8.37 gigabytes
 Average data transferred per day: 106.68 megabytes
 
 This got me thinking, I hadn t downloaded the July stats.  So, here are the numbers including July (Apr-July)
 
 Successful requests: 930,715
 Average successful requests per day: 8,356
 Successful requests for pages: 107,155
 Average successful requests for pages per day: 962
 Redirected requests: 14,516
 Distinct files requested: 1,038
 Distinct hosts served: 27,181
 Data transferred: 11.37 gigabytes
 Average data transferred per day: 104.57 megabytes

 kathybrjHere s a suggestion for you that might help.
 
 Try hosting your actual web pages on your ISP s site and upload your pictures to Tripod - then just link to the pictures.
 
 Just a thought, but it might get you around the limit on tripod
