That s what I told them! They all were a little concerned at what might happen if Marcy was around that much wine![: (]

WINE !  Did I hear someone say wine ?![8D] [:D]

Rick, we were all glad you managed to make time to join us. The look of relaxation and peace on your face around the fire said it all, you were where you belonged. Camping with your friends. It was great seeing you again, and getting the encore towel joke.

Lee, I diddn t do much. You were the one who hunted down a CampGround for us all.
Thanks for all the leg work.  As for the 6 chairs, I just returned the broken Rocker for a refund. So the old rockers go back in the van and that will make seating for 8[:D]

ForestCreatureOMG....I forgot to mention - Rick s infamous towel joke is TOO FUNNY!!![:D] How could I forget that?

After some long hours of catching up on my sleep maybe I can post to this thread now.  I think I did a few nights during the week when I either didnt even go to sleep that night, I just stayed up and kept going, or else I slept an hour or so and just kept going. Either way, I had some catching up to do to say the least......................
I had a awful lot of fun the entire week and look foward to lots more campouts like this in the future. You were all a blast that s for sure. Thanks for the memories (how appropriate seeing as that was the same week Bob Hope died)....................

AW SHUCKS[:)], yer makin me blush...............All y all

ForestCreatureOkay, this is another try.  I dont  know what happened to my other reply but this has been one miserable pc day.

First off, I would like to say thanks to all for making SIL feel so comfortable.  She really enjoyed herself and was less worried that some of you kept axes in your campers as the week went on.

I wonder if her and Doug will ever get the age thing straightened out. [:D]

Lee  Thanks again for the time and effort that you put in in making this a great trip.  DW and I really enjoyed the last campfire with you and Giffster.  It was a nice chance to get to know the two of you without any banshees around although Doug did make a lot of trips to his camper.

For those of you that haven t met the Giffster, he is one heck of a nice guy who really put up with a lot from the bunch of us.  He has a great sense of humor and all of us wish him and Sheeba (his dog) a safe and exciting trip to Yellowstone and beyond.

Jan, if you are looking for your lantern holder, email me your address and I will be glad to mail it to you.

Don and Amy.  Thanks for the retirement card and ticket.  I did win 2 bucks on that one, and on the next one, and on the next one and on the next one and 0 on the next one.  Your thought was much appreciated.

Marcy and Gary.  May the intercourse sign bring the two of you much pleasure.  I like where you have located it in the Aliner.

Tracy, thanks for bringing the sink basket.  Your efforts were apprecizted as well as the tales that you had to tell.

Rick, glad that you made it.  The trip wouldn t have been the same without you and your towel.

Chas  Glad that the gps worked and the cat is out of the wall.

Brenda and Ray.  Thanks for the most delicious smoked pork roast I have ever had.  Sure seemed like a lot to bring the smoker all the way from FL. but the taste buds made it worth it for the rest of us.   Ray, please eat supper at an earlier time than 12 am.

As for Hershey Park, we had a excellent time.  It was nice that DW and I got in for the more mature rate than the youngsters did.  Dw suggested that I might change my handle to " CoasterDude."

Doug and I did the most on the coasters.  Rode 5 of them plus the Wild Mouse.  The wooden ones were awesome.  Last one was real rough but it got you out of your seat 3 times.  Love to do it again.

If anyone gets the chance to camp with any of this crew, expect a great time and late nights.

bearbaitHey, all you people who camped together in PA and are writing back and forth to each other publicly and making little inside jokes about each other and your experiences together--]TAKE WARNING: YOU ARE A CLICQUE [:@][: (][>:]  Dont you know that some of our members consider A CLICQUE the absolutely most sinful thing on earth and they become very upset when they see people forming these special friendships?  Tsk, tsk, I am sure that   jeffrey is the one to blame (he is ALWAYS to blame[;)]

My only consolation is that I hope to get together with some of the members of MY OWN clicque [;)]  if my dreamed-of-trip to Michigan in the fall  comes about.  Fortunately  some of the memberships of the 2 clicques overlap[:)] so consider yourself well  warned in advance MARCY ! [:D][8D]

birol

NightOwlOhhhhhhhh, so Us and John family is a clique too, I knew something was wrong with what we were doing. Thanks for bringing it to light nightowl [:)][8D][8D]

NightOwl

bearbaitBirol:  SHHHHH!  This is a secret!  ALL of us are members of the PUT CLICQUE, but Dave is trying to keep this a secret, so dont tell anyone[:)] as some people might be mortally offended[;)]

My Lips are so tied together, I will never ever mention it to anyone that we are the secret PUT clicque :)

bearbaitWe finally made it home.  This was the best 2 week trip in my whole life (actually the only one[8D])

It was great to see my PUT friends from all over the east and my family (who all reside in PA[:o]).

It was a great experience for my son and Ray.  I m glad they were treated like a members of clique even though they are hardly ever on PUT.

I think the Harley the puppy grew up in PA she is so big now!  She is still running around happy!  (Wild dog)

As far as accents go I was caught between my PA and FL accent most of the time[8D].

Thanks again to Lee for finding this place.  It was far away enough to be secluded, but close to the local attractions.

Looking forward to " next time" .
