 It is not like it will go thru, but, the purchaser got a one day extension because of the power outage. I was hoping it would be all over tonight. Their bank told them that they cab t approve it today as they lost more than a day of processing due to the power outage. Tomorrow another day of agony starts [>:]

 MommaMiaThis is simply hilarious .... The purchaser  could not get the financing arranged by Monday midnight. So they asked for a verbal extension till Tuesday midnight. And they also could not get it last night as there is a huge backlog and their mortgage broker could not get their bank to commit yet. So it might be today.
 
 Sigh ..... if they can keep this up for another two weeks it will be fun [&:]
 
 
 The deadline to firm up for the new house is tomorrow, I have to inform the builder that we won t be buying it after all, it is going to be soooo much fun. Also the purchaser is going to be very pleasantly surprised [:@]
