hbfc6WITH 6 WEEKS AND COUNTING TO OUR NEWEST ADDITION-DANIEL JOHN PAUL CAVANAUGH.   I SEND CONGRATS AND BEST WISHES TO YOU.  HAD THE BABY BEEN A GIRL THE NAME WOULD HAVE BEEN SAMANTHA JANE.

Acts 2:38 girl

hbfc6our last two sons would ve been Rebekah, but that was out this time around until I saw Rebakah Noel!  I realy like that one too!!

missteri

 hbfc6Ours is Nicole Elizabeth.

Elizabeth is a big family name in my family.  I also really like the name Caroline.  If you name her Isabelle, be prepared for the nickname Izzy, which you might not like so well.  I also love the name Gabrielle or Gabriella.

hbfc6My cousin s little one is named Samantha Grace; almost a " family"  name. Ok, nickname.  When my cousin was little she loved Green Eggs and Ham and said " I m Sam, Sam I am"  so often that the whole family still calls her Sam to this day.  Samantha was named accordingly.

Gamecock Camper

hbfc6Our DW is Savannah Katherine.  It is actually a more common name now than it was when she was born.  It is unique without being too far from typical names.  Regardless, good luck with chosing a name.  It was difficult for us to chose the names for each of our three kids.  And in case the doctor did not get the gender right, have you chosen any  boy names?

Acts 2:38 girl

hbfc6The Dr. hasn t given us a gender at ALL!  This is my " feminine intuition"  kicking in full gear (that and an answered prayer)!  Actually , when asking DH for another baby, I guarenteed it would be a girl.  So I guess I better deliver the goods!  [:)]  This is the 1st time we will ever find out from the ultrasound, so it ll be funny if they can t even tell!  I knew with my last baby, too.  I didn t even pick out a girls name, although DH picked one out - just in case!  Everytime I start thinking up boys names it just feels like a waste of time - like I KNOW it s a girl, so why bother?  Other than that, I ve NEVER been so sick with a pregnancy.  [: (]  I am a good pregnant person - I love it.  This time around is so different - I hope it changes when I hit the 4th month! I actually have to go now - nausua is starting to hit me hard!

 hbfc6Lee and Andrea,
No name suggestions, but I found you a song....

 Family Tree by Darrell Scott

Dancin in the living room, cuttin  up a rug
Dancin  with a baby looks more like a hug
Livin  in a house made of saw mill wood
Roll Over Beethoven never sounded so good

Hey, hey baby, baby let s go
Where we get the money, honey, I don t know
One more baby s all right by me
We ll just add another limb to the family tree

Raisin  up babies is our new sport
You re one day late and I m a dollar short
Now maybe it was planned or maybe it was a goof
But a cat just has to dance on a hot tin roof

Hey, hey baby, baby let s go
Where we get the money, honey, I don t know
One more baby s all right by me
We ll just add another limb to the family tree

Well the lawn mower s broke and the tax is due
And if I find another tick I m gonna come unglued
We got hand me-down clothes, hand me-down shoes
 We got the big-belly-mama-here-we-go-again blues

Hey, hey baby, baby let s go
Where we get the money, honey, I don t know
One more baby s all right by me
We ll just add another limb to the family tree

Acts 2:38 girl

hbfc6bikolee, that is so sweet! [;)] Thank you so much!

Firefyter-EmtWe have a child who is now in her early 20 s her parents named Ruby Tuesday Rock and Roll. I kid you not.  This child s sister was in my middle son s 2nd grade class.  I could not hide my shock when the mom told me that her daughter s name was just profiled in the newspaper a few months earlier.

I had all boys, but I like Amanda (worthy to be loved) and Christina

Trlrboy

 hbfc6Stacy Lynn is my choice.

Try not to play around and be cutsy with the spelling unless you want your kid s name to be mispronounced her entire life.  I work with a woman named Donnia who pronounces it Donna and says the " i"  is silent.  If only she was.

mrflinders

Firefyter-EmtDW and I decided that if we ever had a daughter we would name her:

 Summer Rayne

Quotebikolee, that is so sweet!  Thank you so much!

You re welcome[:)] And may I say, congratulations!

 TrlrboyAndrea,
For all three of mine, I felt that I was having a particular sex, and I was right with each one!  I believe in mother s intuition!  Having a daughter is a wonderful joy though, not better than having sons, just different.  I wish you all the best.

Campers-YTTF

mrflindersIf my second had been a girl,  the name would have been Tessa Mae

ShirleyT

mrflindersI named my daughter after me, Shiane. SHI from SHIrley and ANE from diANE. However I let her father pick out a name and he chose Porsche  after a girl in the movie " A fish called wanda" . Shiane Porsche  just didnt sound right, so she became Porsche  Shiane. On her fathers side she has a cousin Mercedes and a cousin Lexus.

I love the name Isabelle, I think Lanae goes well with it.
