 As far as the political " crap" .......I found that Hillary comment rather humorous too.
 What I find offensive is someone telling someone else to not post because they have differing views...be it political or otherwise....
 
 
 Did I tell you about the time we camped across from the Tellatubbies?
 We were in one of our favorite little forest CGs. There was a cute couple....2 men.
 One ran around the whole weekend in one of those blanket wraps (purple) that had foot holes and arms. He looked like a like a giant sized Tellatubbie.[]
 
 There was a storm during the night and a tree limb fell not far from their tent. In the morning we got to watch them pick up the tent and move it to another site...all assembled &  wrapped in that purple balnket!  They set the tent right under another big tree! It was one of those you had to see it things....

 So I guess my idea of finding one of these for those cold evenings would not be a good idea?   Thanks for the warning.  Don t need to make myself look bigger than I already am (unless I meet a bear or mountain lion or something!).[8D]

The strangest person I ve ever met camping was the guy who came over and proceeded to tell me how much he paid for his X-ft TT and what a pain in the %@& it was to haul around. I told him how much nicer it was to have a pop-up, to which he responded, " I don t have time to set up a P.O.S. like yours, I ve got better things to do with my time."  He then left my site and proceeded to scream at the wife, kids, dog, and anyone within earshot about how " I m sick of this B.S. camping, I wanna get outta here now!" []

When we took the teens camping in July, there was a guy who came in next to us.  Had had to borrow our electric till the park could come and fix his.  We had come to find out that he and his wife had a fight so he ll be camping till they work things out -- the last time they had a fight, he camped for 6 weeks.
 
 Just thought that it was strange -- talk about having to sleep on the couch.[]
