Which do you think you or your other half is?  I consider myself in between...is that a bad thing?[:D]  My husband is always the positive type or just really good at ignoring stuff!!  Now my dad...negative is a huge word.  Every restaurant he goes to the food is awful...person in church wouldn t stop coughing...etc., etc.    He s not the grumpy type but yet he finds fault in everything!!  We always tease him and ask him why he ever bothers to eat out and he just looks at us at though he doesn t understand why we re asking him that!!!

CamperrooThis one really made me laugh.   I guess I would be the laid back no-sweat person in our family.   My Mom, bless her, was always ready to see the worst in every situation.   She was always a nervous wreck, just positive that everything was going to go wrong.  At one time, we were preparing for some event, the whole family was there, and Mom was stressing over everything and couldn t understand why I was just " rolling with the flow"  as I like to say.   After a few minutes of real anxiety, she turned to me and said, " Dont  you care what happens?"    And I said, " Yes, but what ever is going to happen will happen and we ll make the best of it."    She gave me  the look   (we all know what it s like to get the look from our Mom)  and said, " well, I just don t know what your problem is."   I shrugged, replied that " I don t have a problem"  and she (wringing her hands) declared, " That s it then , that s your problem.   You don t have a problem!"    The whole family erupted in laughter, of course Mom saw nothing funny about it, and " You don t have a problem!"  has become one of those family phrases that we all use in certain circumstances.    Mom is gone now,  but we still think of her everytime someone says this.

CamperrooI think I m a positive person, but realistic.  I don t get my hopes up on something good in case that good thing doesn t happen.  I don t think the bad thing will happen though.

Heck, I can even have a good time during a camping vacation full of HUGE storms, stitches in my hand and friends invading the camper due to the torrential rain.  How can I be negative!?  [:D][:D][8D]

Oh, and my husband... Although he can have a good time, he is the negative worry-wort.  Always worried about the worst thing that MIGHT happen.  [:(]

CamperrooI m a very positive person (when I m not suffering from postpartum depression!) At least I think so, ...maybe not.. Oh who knows!!??  Excuse me while I just sit over here and cry!  But don t be surprised if burst out laughing over how foolish I seem, then bite your head off for laughing with me!

 I m definately optimistic. [>:]

CamperrooI m a very positive person.  I rarely ever complain about things and only then when it becomes absolutely necessary to solve a problem.  Other people do a lot of complaining to me and I m the problem solver in the course of my business.  When I get home after work I usually have heard enough complaints to last the rest of the week.  As many know, I m in real estate and  it s my job to see that everything is just done just right.  So anything about the property and the process must be taken care of very promptly and very carefully.  I like challenges plus I deal with lots of negatives all the time.   People often ask how I keep my positive attitude and it s because I have learned to " go with the flow."   No need getting bent out of joint when things will eventually work itself out.   That doesn t mean that I am unemotional, either.  Yes, I suffer disappointments from time to time but that doesn t rule my life into being a negative person.  Being positive makes for a happier life for me.
